The Organizers of World Commodity Forum Expo 2008 reserve all rights to cancel, change the venue and dates for reasons beyond their control. However in case of cancellation the organizers shall return all the payments to the Delegates / Exhibitors without any interest. The organizers are not responsible for any loss arising out of natural calamity/accidents during the Event. The execution of terms and conditions relating to the Event shall be deemed to be domiciled at the Mumbai Courts and disputes
