FACILITIES AT THE EXHIBITION

For each stall of 9 sq. mtrs. Booked, the exhibitor will receive the following facilities and promotional inputs free of cost.

Laminated panels
Four Spot lights
One 5 Amp. Plug point
Two chairs, one table
Facia with Company's Name

If the stalls booked are bigger, then the above facilities will be given proportionately.

THE FOLLOWING WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA

1) Assistance in display, stall interior and presentation of product.
2) Putting of heavy electrical machines, and consumption of heavy electrical power.
3) Audio Visual aids.
4) Additional table, chair, fan and fridge etc.
5) Hostesses to handle the stall
6) Other extra material/services which are not covered in the basic facilities list.

SECURITY

Round the clock security will be provided at the venue in general. Additional security for the stalls will be provided at an extra cost.
